Rock Hill Farms Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

Rock Hill Farms is a single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon at 50% ABV, distilled at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort for the Sazerac Company. It comes in a 750ml squat glass decanter with a gold horse topper. Each bottle is drawn from one individual barrel, so the character varies from barrel to barrel. The mash bill is Buffalo Trace's higher-rye Mash Bill #2, and the whisky is aged in new charred American oak without an age statement. The name comes from a stretch of farmland along the Kentucky River.
