This Rock Island blended malt celebrates the Chinese Year of the Dragon in 2024, the Wood Dragon. It is a limited edition.
The whisky is a marriage of single malts distilled on Orkney, Arran, Jura and Islay, from Douglas Laing. It was finished in heavily charred 'crocodile' casks, a name for wood charred so fiercely that its texture recalls crocodile or alligator skin.
It is bottled at 54.8% with no added colour and no chill-filtration.
