A cask strength bourbon from Rod & Hammer's, bottled at 56% ABV (112 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It was aged for two years in new American white oak barrels, and the mashbill is 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% barley. It won a Gold Medal at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The nose brings vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. On the palate there is caramel and maple with a warm, high-proof kick. The finish is long, with smoky undertones and a lingering corn sweetness.
