Roe & Co Blended Irish Whiskey (70cl, 45%)

Roe & Co is a blended Irish whiskey, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It was created in honour of George Roe, a distiller whose work helped bring Irish whiskey to drinkers around the world. The blend uses Irish grain and malt whiskeys, matured in former bourbon casks and checked regularly by master blender Caroline Martin. Intense gold in colour, it has a nose of spice, candyfloss, woody notes and vanilla. The palate is velvety and soft, with stewed pear, vanilla and a little sweetness. The finish is long and creamy.
