Roe & Co is a blended Irish whiskey from Diageo, named in tribute to George Roe, a celebrated Irish whiskey producer of the 19th century. It combines malt and grain whiskeys matured in ex-bourbon casks. The nose is fruity, with sweet spices and balsamic herbs. The palate is soft and full-bodied, with vanilla and ginger, and the finish is sweet, with custard and pear. It is also described as a versatile spirit for cocktails.
