Roe & Co is a blended Irish whiskey in a 75cl bottle, named in honour of George Roe. It marries malt whiskey with grain whiskey aged in bourbon casks.
The nose is creamy and fragrant. The palate brings soft spice and mellow spun sugar, with spiced pears and woody vanilla. The finish is lingering and gentle, ending with a light creaminess.
