Roe & Co is a blended Irish whiskey, named in honour of George Roe, a pioneer of Irish whiskey.
It combines malt whiskey with grain whiskey, aged in bourbon casks. The malt brings an intense fruitiness, while the grain adds a mellow creaminess, and the two are described as sitting in balance in a smooth, rounded blend.
