Roe & Co is a blended Irish whiskey, named in honour of George Roe, a pioneer of Irish whiskey. It combines malt whiskey with grain whiskey, aged in bourbon casks.
The blend sets the fruitiness of the malt against the creaminess of the grain whiskey.
The nose is creamy and fragrant. The palate brings soft spice, spun sugar, spiced pears and woody vanilla. The finish is gentle and lingering, ending with a light creaminess.
