A Roero Arneis DOC 2024 from Giacomo Fenocchio.
The wine shows white flowers, white peach, citrus zest, a hint of almond and a subtle herbaceous note. The palate is slender but not thin, with lively acidity, compact fruit and sapidity supporting the finish.
It pairs with seafood, raw fish, light starters, delicate risottos, grilled vegetables and simple white meats, and is also good as an aperitif. Serve at around 10-12 °C and drink young to capture its primary fragrance.
