A Romagna Rosato DOC from Terre dei Malatesta with an immediate, clean character. It has a pale pink colour, with crunchy, juicy fruit recalling strawberry and young cherry, plus a delicate floral undertone. On the palate it is agile, supported by vibrant freshness and savouriness, with a flavourful but not demanding body, no tannins and a compact texture leading to a clean, persistent finish. A light herbaceous field note adds versatility. Serve cool, around 10-12°C, in wide glasses.
