A red wine from the Romagna hills, produced by Celli. It has a lively ruby colour and an intense bouquet of cherry and red berries, with light spicy notes from wood ageing. On the palate it is robust yet harmonious, with well-integrated tannins, balanced freshness and acidity, and a persistent finish. It pairs well with traditional Italian dishes, especially red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
