A grappa distilled from selected Nebbiolo pomace from Barolo, then aged for four years in oak casks. It has an amber colour and a rich, persistent palate. Serve at room temperature in grappa glasses, ideally as a digestif with dark chocolate or a cigar.
Tasting Notes
Mature fruit such as plum and cherry, with chocolate and vanilla from the wood.
Intense yet harmonious, with a rich body; dried fruit, sweet spices and a light tobacco note.
Long and pleasantly warm.
