Romano Levi Grappa della Donna Selvatica che scavalica le Colline del Paglierina (70cl, 45%)

This grappa comes from the Levi family distillery in Neive, Italy, where Serafino and Teresina Levi began distilling in 1925. Their son Romano later ran it with his sister Lidia, using the same equipment and the same hand-crafted process. It was bottled in 2021 at 45% abv. Romano Levi's grappa was released in very small batches, and each bottle carries a unique hand-drawn label. This one shows La Donna Selvatica, the wild woman, a subject that recurs across his labels.
