Ronch Müller Thurgau Trentino DOC

A Trentino DOC Müller Thurgau from Cantina di Trento, made from Müller Thurgau grapes grown on the sunny hills around Trento. Fermentation at low temperatures is followed by ageing in steel, preserving delicacy and the typical floral note. In the glass it is bright with greenish reflections, with aromas of white flowers, green apple and a light note of fresh grass. The palate is soft and harmonious, with a fragrant bouquet and a pleasant mineral vein that makes it very drinkable. It suits light dishes such as seafood starters, fresh salads and delicate cow's milk cheeses, and works well as an aperitif.
