Roner Grappa Treber (70cl, 38%)

A grappa from Roner, made from selected pomace from grapes used for wine at the same Trentino winery. It is obtained by careful distillation intended to preserve the original aromas. The spirit has an intense, enveloping aromatic profile with dried fruit, alpine herbs and delicate spicy notes typical of the mountain territory. On the palate it is soft and warm, with a balanced structure and a persistent finish leaving a slightly velvety aftertaste. It is suited as a digestif, served at room temperature or slightly chilled, and also pairs with chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
