Roner Haselnussgeist (70cl)

Roner Haselnussgeist is a hazelnut geist from Trentino-Alto Adige, sold in a 70cl bottle. A geist is a spirit made by macerating fruit, berries, nuts or other plant material in alcohol, and the hazelnut version is among the best known from Roner. It is aged for one year in a stainless steel tank. The nose is rich and lightly spiced. The palate is gently sweet, with delicate toasted and hazelnut notes, leading to a layered, persistent finish.
