Roner Kirschwasser (70cl)

Roner Kirschwasser is a cherry eau de vie made by the Roner distillery from carefully selected fresh cherries. It is distilled by traditional methods at a low temperature, which keeps the natural aromas of the fruit intact and gives a clear, crystalline spirit. The nose is intense and pure, with the cherry coming through clearly. The palate is soft, with a delicate sweetness and a light tartness. It can be served neat after a meal as a digestif, or used in cocktails.
