Roner Slivowitz (70cl)

Roner Slivowitz is a plum spirit from the Roner distillery in Alto Adige, Italy. It is made from fresh plums selected at peak ripeness and distilled using traditional methods following local recipes. The nose is intensely fruity, with sweet, juicy plum notes and a light spicy edge. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, finishing clean and persistently aromatic. It can be served as a digestif or used as a base for cocktails.
