Roner Waldhimbeergeist Raspberry Brandy (70cl)

A raspberry brandy from Roner, made from selected raspberries gathered in the Alto Adige highlands. Cold maceration of the fruit in pure alcohol is followed by slow distillation in copper stills, preserving the aroma and vibrant sweetness of wild raspberry. The palate is crystal clear, with intense fresh raspberry and light floral notes, and a clean, harmonious finish. Serve neat and chilled, or use in cocktails. It pairs with red-fruit desserts and aged cheeses.
