Roner Williams Pear Distillate (70cl)

A clear pear distillate from Roner, made in the South Tyrol valleys using traditional distillation methods. It is produced without real fruit in the bottle, keeping the profile concentrated and faithful to the Williams pear. On the nose it shows vivid, aromatic notes of fresh pear. On the palate it has balanced sweetness with a light, pleasant astringency that prolongs the flavour. It can be enjoyed neat at room temperature or slightly chilled, and also used as a base for refined cocktails.
