A Romagna DOC red from Rontana, made from Sangiovese in the Brisighella area. It shows a ruby colour with violet reflections, with cherry and small red fruits, floral nuances and herbaceous hints on the nose. The palate is slender yet enveloping, supported by lively acidity and balanced tannins, with a discreet finish recalling fruit and savouriness. Serve around 16-18 C and open shortly before serving. It suits ragu first courses, flavourful white meats, regional cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
