Rosa dei Frati DOC - Cà dei Frati

A rosé wine from Cà dei Frati, produced on the shores of Lake Garda in Lombardy. It is made mainly from Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera, using traditional methods with attention to modern techniques. The wine has a delicate but bright pink colour with coral and geranium tones. Its bouquet brings small red fruits, citrus notes and a light floral nuance reminiscent of rose and violet. On the palate it is fresh, with lively acidity, apricot and pomegranate notes and a persistent, pleasantly aromatic finish. It suits light starters, fish or seafood dishes and works well as an aperitif.
