A rosé from the shores of Lake Garda, made mainly from Groppello with small amounts of Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera. It shows a bright, luminous pink colour and a delicate, persistent bouquet of fresh red fruits, rose and a touch of sweet spice. On the palate it is elegant and well balanced, with lively acidity, subtle minerality from the morainic soil and a long, refreshing finish. Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif or with light dishes such as seafood salads and delicate fish.
