Rosato La Capranera San Salvatore 1988

A pale, clear and bright rosé from San Salvatore 1988. It is delicate on the nose, with ripe small red fruits, floral hints and a light citrus note that brings freshness. On the palate it shows a measured balance between softness and liveliness, with a slender texture and a pleasant, unexaggerated persistence. The 1988 vintage is noted on the label. It suits seafood starters, fish dishes, composed salads, delicate white meats, fresh cheeses and light preparations. Serve at around 8-12 °C in not-too-wide glasses to bring out the finer aromas.
