A rosé from the gentle hills of Emilia-Romagna, made from selected native grapes with brief skin maceration. It has a pale, bright pink colour and an elegant, delicate aromatic profile. The nose reveals small red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, with light floral hints and a touch of Mediterranean aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and soft, with good structure and a persistent finish. It pairs with light fish dishes, summer starters and fresh cheeses.
