Rosato Toscana IGT Fuori Misura San Giusto a Rentennano

A Tuscan rosé from San Giusto a Rentennano, made mainly from Sangiovese with a small contribution from other local varieties. Short skin maceration is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation, then ageing in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit. It shows a bright pink colour. On the nose there are fresh red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, with floral and lightly herbaceous notes. On the palate it is lively and refreshing, with balanced acidity and body. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with light dishes, summer salads, grilled fish and fresh cheeses.
