Rosato Veneto IGT Rosatello Ruffino

Rosatello is a rosé from Veneto produced by Ruffino. It shows a bright pink colour and a bouquet of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, with light floral notes and a subtle herbal nuance. On the palate it balances acidity and body, with freshness and a pleasant mineral note that extends the finish. It closes clean and refreshing. The wine is made with a short skin maceration to extract colour and aroma, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. Serve chilled with light starters, fish or seafood dishes, or as an aperitif.
