Rosato Verona IGT - Pelàro - Tommasi

A rosé from Tommasi, made in the heart of Valpolicella. It has a light, bright red colour and fragrant aromas of fresh red fruits. On the palate it is direct, with fine but firm tannins, lively freshness and pleasant sapidity. The grapes are harvested at full phenolic maturity, followed by about four hours of skin maceration in the press, controlled-temperature fermentation at 18°C with selected yeasts, and three to four months of ageing on fine lees before bottling. Serve well chilled with fish crudités, carpaccio, sushi, shellfish, light Mediterranean dishes, salads, delicate cheeses, cured meats and white meats.
