Rosé Brut Cuvée dei Frati

Cuvée dei Frati is a rosé sparkling wine from Cà dei Frati, made from grapes grown on the shores of Lake Garda. It has a delicate pale pink colour and aromas of small red fruits, fresh bread and a hint of almond. The perlage is fine and persistent, with freshness balancing the structure. Made by the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle, it works as an aperitif and with fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
