A measured rosé from Château d'Esclans, clear and bright. The nose brings small red fruits, peach and light citrus notes, with floral hints that add finesse. The palate balances freshness and savouriness, with contained body, good drinkability and a clean, persistent finish. It suits vegetable or fish starters, simple seafood dishes, white meats and summer salads, as well as informal aperitifs and relaxed outdoor moments. Serve fresh, generally between 8 and 10 C, in glasses that are not too narrow. It is best enjoyed young.
