A rosé from western Sicily, made from Nero d'Avola. It has a pale pink colour and a delicate bouquet of wild strawberries, rose petals and light citrus notes. Fresh and elegant on the palate, with pleasant salinity. Aged in steel to preserve its vivacity, it accompanies seafood starters, light dishes and outdoor gatherings.
