Rosé Terre Siciliane Hanami Fina

A rosé from Fina, made from Sicilian native varieties. It has a delicate pale pink colour and a light, clean texture. The nose shows cherry blossom and small red berries, including strawberry and raspberry, with a light hint of Mediterranean aromatic herbs. On the palate freshness leads, with pleasant acidity balancing the fruit, and a gently persistent finish. It suits light starters, fish and seafood, fresh salads and vegetarian dishes, and works well as an aperitif.
