A pale, luminous rosé from Tre Venezie IGT, made by Santa Margherita. It opens with a fragrant, fresh profile and a light but well-defined structure. Acidity supports the sip, savouriness keeps it flowing and clean aromatics give precision without weight. The finish stays clean and pleasant, with fruity notes that invite another glass. Versatile as an aperitif or with delicate seafood dishes, summer salads, shellfish and fresh cheeses; also suited to informal, convivial moments. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8-10 °C, in not too wide glasses to highlight freshness and drinkability.
