A rosé wine presented as Trevenezie IGT under the name "11 Minutes", in a 1500 ml bottle. It has a bright pink colour, with fruity and floral aromas recalling small red fruits and light summer flowers. On the palate it is fresh and easy-drinking, light to medium in body, with soft tannins and balanced acidity; the finish is clean and of good persistence. Serve chilled at 8-10 C in not too wide glasses. It suits appetisers, light seafood dishes, summer salads, light white meats, aperitifs and delicate ethnic cuisine.
