Rosebank 1991 is a 14 year old Lowlands single malt from the closed Rosebank distillery, bottled by Signatory Vintage at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited release of 619 bottles.
The whisky was distilled on 27 November 1991 from casks 4761 and 4762, and bottled in 2006.
The nose is apple, pear and apricot. The palate offers honeyed malt, ripe peach and caramel, and the finish brings toffee, spice and vanilla cream.
