Rosebank Release Two is a 31-year-old Lowland single malt, distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2022 at 48.1%. This second global release comprised 4,000 bottles, drawn from casks filled before the distillery closed in 1993.
The nose brings lime, lemongrass, coriander seed and clove, with vanilla and sugared almonds. A light, lively palate combines mint and chamomile with leather, berries and banana bread. Peach sweetness, oak and lingering herbs shape the finish.
