This is a 12 year old single malt from Roseisle, released as Origami Kite II, the second bottling of that name, for the Diageo Special Releases 2024. It is bottled at a cask strength of 55.6% ABV in a 20cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The whisky was matured in first-fill bourbon and refill casks. The first-fill bourbon wood brings fresh, sweet notes, while the refill casks add quieter, more subtle aromas.
