A red wine from the Colli di Imola, made organically and intended for everyday drinking.
It shows a medium ruby colour, with aromas of small red fruits, discreet herbaceous notes and a hint of spice. The palate is balanced, with moderate tannins, lively acidity and a medium body.
It pairs simply with cured meats, tomato-based traditional dishes, grilled white meats and medium-aged cheeses, and is best served at around 16-18 °C.
