A red wine from Nino Negri with a transparent ruby colour and garnet reflections. The nose shows straightforward red fruits, cherry and raspberry, with a light floral note and a hint of spice. The palate is slender and vibrant, with good acidity, fine tannins and crisp savouriness. The structure stays contained but balanced, with a pleasant persistence. It suits cured meats, white meats and medium-aged cheeses, and is best served around 16-18 C.
