Rosso IGT Madreselva

A red IGT wine from Casale Del Giglio. It has a lively ruby colour with violet reflections, with aromas of small red fruits, more mature fruit, light floral notes and delicate spices. On the palate it is soft, with moderate tannins and a structure that supports the sip without weighing it down, while freshness keeps the finish smooth. It suits everyday drinking with cured meats, fresh cheeses, rustic soups, pasta with meat sauces, and dishes with mushrooms or white meats. Serve slightly cool for a red wine, around 16-18°C, in a wide glass.
