A Rosso IGT from Casale Del Giglio, labelled Tempranijo, with a vivid ruby colour.
The nose is composed and direct, with mature red fruit, light spicy notes and a discreet herbaceous hint. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and balanced acidity, and a clean finish with good drinkability.
Serve around 16-18 °C in a wide glass, with a brief decanting to open the bouquet. It pairs with cured meats, tomato-based dishes, white meats, medium-aged cheeses, Mediterranean dishes and light grills.
