A red wine from Casale Triocco. In the glass it is bright ruby, luminous and of good consistency. The nose opens on ripe red fruits and cherry, then a fresh spicy note and a light herbaceous hint. The palate is medium-bodied, balanced between lively acidity and present but smooth tannins.
It suits traditional dishes such as roasts, rustic ragù, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at a moderate temperature to bring out the primary notes and drinkability.
