A red wine from the hills of Friuli, made from selected red grape varieties typical of the area. After fermentation in steel, it ages for a few months in wooden barrels, softening the tannins and adding complexity. The nose offers intense aromas of small red fruits, ripe cherry, delicate spice and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh and well balanced, with soft tannins and a pleasant finish. It pairs well with red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
