Rosso Sceg Aglianico del Vulture DOC

A red wine from Elena Fucci, an Aglianico del Vulture DOC produced organically. It shows a deep ruby colour, with ripe red fruits, earthy notes and small spicy nuances on the nose. The structure is supported by present but well-integrated tannins, accompanied by fresh acidity that favours balance. It is a straightforward, characterful wine reflecting the minerality of the volcanic soils of Vulture without excess. It pairs with red meats, stews, meat ragu and medium-aged cheeses, and may be opened a few minutes before serving at around 16-18 C.
