A red wine from Ronco, Terre Siciliane IGT, organic. It has a fragrant profile of ripe red and black fruit, a light spicy note and a herbaceous hint. Medium-bodied, with soft tannins and freshness supporting the fruit; the balance between softness and savouriness makes it enjoyable by the glass. Serve slightly cool, around 15-18 C, with tomato pasta, light white and red meats, grilled dishes and semi-aged cheeses. The 3-litre bag-in-box format keeps it practical and fresh for days.
