Rosso Toscana IGT Classico Ripa delle Mandorle Castello Vicchiomaggio

A Tuscan red wine from Castello Vicchiomaggio, made from a careful selection of native grape varieties. It reflects the richness of the territory between the gentle hills of Chianti Classico and is aged in oak barrels, giving balanced structure and fine aromatic complexity. In the glass it shows an intense ruby red colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits, light spicy notes and balsamic hints. On the palate it is soft, balanced and persistent, with velvety tannins and a pleasantly fruity finish. It pairs with roast meat, game and aged cheeses.
