A red wine from Ca' del Giovane, managed by the Clementi family in the Valpolicella area. It has a deep, almost impenetrable ruby colour. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, with spicy and slightly balsamic notes from ageing in wood. On the palate it has an important structure, robust yet soft and velvety tannins, balanced acidity and a long, aromatic finish with vanilla and dark chocolate. It suits grilled red meats, game, aged cheeses and mushroom risotto.
