Rossville Union Rye Single Barrel (56.6%)

Rossville Union Rye Single Barrel is a single barrel rye whiskey bottled at 113.2 proof (56.6%). Rossville Union comes from Lawrenceburg, where master distillers and blenders have worked on handcrafted rye blends in one of America's last Prohibition-era distilleries. The nose offers soft baking spice, ripe orchard fruit and wildflower honey. On the palate a biscuity, shortbread maltiness runs between sharper rye spice notes, and the finish recalls candy corn.
