A 14 year old Royal Brackla from Hunter Laing, labelled The First Edition and bottled at 58.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2023 from a single Oloroso sherry butt, giving 257 bottles.
The nose is full, with dried fruits, honey, toffee and citrus. On the palate come apricot, plums, sponge cake and honey, along with orange and ginger biscuit. The finish is long and sweet.
