Honey, soft oak, dried fruit and gentle spice run through it.
The nose shows heather honey, orchard fruit, toasted nuts and soft oak. The palate has malted biscuit, dried fruit, orange peel and warming spice, and the finish is smooth, elegant and lightly smoky.
